Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operational budgets and resource allocation for mining activities.

• Mentor and manage a team of mining engineers and technical staff across different locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related discipline; Master's preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in mine engineering and operations management.
• Proven track record in leading complex mining projects from conception to completion.
• In-depth knowledge of various mining techniques, including open-pit and underground operations.
• Experience with mine planning software (e.g., Deswik, Vulcan) and simulation tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills suitable for a remote team.
