Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and closing for large-scale, complex initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans , budgets, resource allocation strategies, and risk management frameworks.
• Direct and mentor cross-functional, geographically dispersed project teams, promoting collaboration and accountability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear, consistent, and timely communication on project status and challenges.
• Implement and refine project management best practices suitable for a remote-first operational model.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management , with a significant portion in a lead or senior capacity.
• Proven success in delivering complex projects using methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, essential for managing remote teams.
• Experience with project management software and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Teams).
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing substantial project budgets.
• Relevant professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are strongly preferred.
