About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine quality control procedures and inspection checklists for all production stages.
• Lead, train, and manage a remote team of quality inspectors, ensuring consistent application of quality standards.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of inspection data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions effectively.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspections, tests, and quality-related activities.
• Stay abreast of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in quality management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in quality control and inspection within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing inspection teams , preferably in a remote setting.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC).
• Proficiency in using measurement tools and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
