Our client, a highly respected recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced Remote Lead Recruiter to guide their Engineering & Technical division . This fully remote role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of engineering disciplines and a proven ability to attract top-tier technical talent. You will be responsible for managing complex recruitment projects, building strong client relationships within the engineering sector, and mentoring a distributed team of specialist recruiters. Operating from home, you will leverage cutting-edge sourcing techniques and market intelligence to connect innovative companies with the skilled engineers they need, contributing significantly to their growth and success in a truly flexible work setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior and specialized engineering roles.
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients in the engineering and technical sectors.
• Employ advanced sourcing strategies to identify and engage highly skilled engineers (e.g., mechanical, electrical, software, civil).
• Conduct in-depth technical assessments and candidate evaluations remotely.
• Mentor and manage a remote team of engineering recruiters, fostering best practices and high performance.
• Provide expert consultation to clients on talent acquisition strategies, market compensation, and industry trends in engineering.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in recruitment consultancy, with a strong specialization in engineering or technical recruitment .
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for niche or senior-level engineering positions.
• In-depth knowledge of various engineering disciplines and technical requirements.
• Exceptional remote communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in using advanced sourcing tools, databases, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) remotely.
• Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to effectively manage a distributed team.
