About the Role

You will work independently from your home office, collaborating with colleagues via digital platforms, and contributing to a strong culture of ethical conduct and regulatory adherence, making a significant impact from anywhere in the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compliance programs and policies.
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory landscapes and advise on necessary updates.
• Conduct internal investigations and risk assessments related to compliance matters.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance best practices and procedures.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in England and Wales or a qualified solicitor/barrister.
• Significant experience (5+ years) in regulatory compliance, ideally within financial services or technology sectors.
• Deep understanding of UK and international compliance laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective compliance frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for remote collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
