Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate a dispersed team of delivery drivers using digital communication and tracking tools.
• Optimize delivery routes and schedules for drivers across various geographic locations.
• Monitor delivery progress in real-time and proactively address any potential delays or issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing support and clear instructions.
