Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners.
• Utilise logistics software and systems to track shipments, manage inventory, and generate reports.
• Resolve logistical issues, such as delays or damages, promptly and effectively.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams (sales, warehouse) and external clients regarding shipment status.
• Optimise logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Excellent understanding of shipping procedures, customs regulations, and transportation modes.
• Proficiency in logistics management software (e.g., TMS, WMS) and general office applications.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid role is highly desirable.
