About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the booking and scheduling of shipments with various transportation providers.
• Track shipments from origin to destination, providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage and process all necessary shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate proactively with carriers, customers, and internal teams to resolve any logistical issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities within the company's management system.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a logistics coordination , shipping, or supply chain role.
• Strong understanding of shipping processes, documentation, and international trade regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently from home.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and standard office applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
