Remote Manufacturing Operations Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical Remote Manufacturing Operations Analyst to support their operational efficiency and performance monitoring, including sites near Norwich . This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting manufacturing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement. You will work closely with on-site teams and management to provide insights that drive informed decision-making and enhance overall productivity. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and analyze manufacturing data from various sources.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, efficiency, and quality.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in manufacturing data to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Collaborate virtually with operations managers and production teams to understand data and provide insights.
• Support the development and implementation of process improvements based on data analysis.
• Contribute to forecasting and strategic planning by providing data-backed recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Operations Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong virtual communication and presentation skills.
