Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive manufacturing strategies to optimize output, reduce costs, and enhance product quality across multiple sites.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery of manufactured goods.
• Lead and manage remote manufacturing teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth through virtual engagement.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) across all operations.
• Manage budgets, control operational expenditures, and report on financial performance related to manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Significant experience (7+ years) in manufacturing operations management, with a proven track record of leading teams.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully managing teams and operations in a remote or hybrid work environment .
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, production planning, and quality control principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders remotely.
