Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all activities on the assigned production line, ensuring targets are met efficiently.
• Implement and monitor lean manufacturing techniques to optimize workflow and minimize waste.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to production teams.
• Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed by all personnel.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance departments to address equipment issues and improve reliability.
• Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to maximize operational output.

Requirements

• Significant experience in operations management within the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated success in improving production efficiency and reducing operational costs.
• Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, quality systems (e.g., IATF 16949), and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with production scheduling software and manufacturing KPIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related discipline.
