Key Responsibilities

• Analyse existing manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
• Design and implement new manufacturing processes and workflows, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Utilise Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to reduce waste and improve product quality.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Collaborate with remote production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to implement process changes effectively.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions, coordinating with on-site personnel when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role.
• Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and their practical application.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, specifically for a remote work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and drive improvements in a virtual setting.
