You will analyze production data, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that drive operational excellence across multiple sites, all while working from the comfort of your home office. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Develop and implement new process designs and methodologies, utilizing advanced engineering principles.
• Troubleshoot production issues remotely, providing timely and effective solutions to manufacturing teams.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including SOPs, flowcharts, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and operations, to support product development and launch.
• Utilize data analysis tools and software to monitor process performance and identify trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing process engineering role .
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles , Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools relevant to manufacturing processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment , with strong written and verbal communication skills.
