Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Design and implement new manufacturing processes and workflows, ensuring they align with safety and regulatory standards.
• Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to monitor process performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for all implemented processes.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality control, and production staff, via virtual communication channels.
• Research and recommend new technologies or equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities and optimize production output.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering , with a strong understanding of production environments.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Demonstrated experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
