Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost.

• Develop process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and flow charts.
• Utilize simulation and modeling tools to predict process performance and optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate virtually with on-site engineering, production, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Stay abreast of new manufacturing technologies and methodologies, recommending their adoption where appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and CAD tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote capacity.
