About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop, document, and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for all manufacturing operations.
• Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track process performance, quality metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with on-site manufacturing teams, engineers, and management remotely to implement process changes and ensure successful adoption.
• Research and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
• Conduct remote audits and provide guidance to ensure adherence to established process standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing process improvement , optimization, or engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and statistical software.
• Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a virtual environment.
