About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Remote Manufacturing Process Specialist to join their team and contribute to optimizing production across their various sites. You will analyze data, develop best practices, and provide expert guidance on process enhancements, quality control, and efficiency gains. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.
• Develop and implement standardized manufacturing processes and best practices across all relevant departments.
• Provide remote technical support and guidance to production teams on process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies or methodologies to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, training materials, and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate closely with site-based engineering and production teams to ensure successful implementation of process changes.

Requirements

• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Significant experience in manufacturing operations and process engineering.
• Proven ability to analyze complex production data and identify actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and relevant manufacturing software.
