Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the performance and usability of existing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and other relevant production software.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and new technology adoption to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of new manufacturing software solutions, working closely with IT and operational stakeholders remotely.
• Develop and deliver training materials and support documentation for users of manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues, provide technical support, and ensure the seamless integration of different software platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and ensure they align with business objectives and production strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in analyzing, implementing, and supporting manufacturing systems (MES, ERP, SCADA, etc.).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the role of digital systems in optimizing them.
• Proven ability to manage complex software implementation projects in a remote setting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrated experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
