About the Role
Our client is seeking a meticulous and insightful Marketing Data Analyst to join their fully remote marketing department. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in transforming raw marketing data into actionable intelligence that drives strategic decision-making and optimizes marketing performance across all channels. You will work closely with marketing stakeholders to define key metrics, build reporting infrastructure, and uncover insights that enhance campaign effectiveness and customer understanding. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various marketing channels (e.g., web analytics, CRM, social media, email campaigns).

- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in marketing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Stay current with marketing analytics tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a marketing context.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Expertise in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and common marketing metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
