You will be instrumental in managing the marketing technology stack, ensuring data integrity, and enabling the marketing team to execute campaigns seamlessly. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Develop and implement marketing processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all marketing platforms, managing data hygiene initiatives.
- Develop and manage lead scoring and routing processes to optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing and sales processes.
- Analyze marketing operations performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Manage the marketing budget related to technology and operational expenditures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing Operations Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Expertise in managing and integrating various marketing technologies (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive operational improvements.
- Excellent project management and process optimization skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
