Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize digital document repositories and shared drives.
- Coordinate and schedule virtual team meetings, ensuring all participants have necessary information.
- Handle incoming and outgoing digital communications, managing support tickets and inquiries.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new remote employees, providing necessary administrative guidance.
- Maintain and update company contact lists and internal directories.
- Support the procurement and management of remote office supplies and equipment as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or office coordination role, preferably remote.
- Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and cloud storage solutions.
