Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate virtual team meetings, manage schedules, and organise digital resources.
- Oversee and manage digital filing systems and company databases.
- Facilitate internal communication and ensure information flows effectively within remote teams.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new remote employees, providing necessary administrative support.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement for remote office needs.
- Support executive staff with administrative tasks, including travel arrangements and report preparation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Coordinator , Administrator, or similar role in a remote setting.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, adapted for remote work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Asana).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for virtual interactions.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
