Our client is seeking a dedicated and efficient Remote Office Coordinator to support their operations, with teams based in and around Bristol . This position is essential for maintaining the smooth functioning of administrative processes within a virtual environment. You will be responsible for coordinating tasks, managing communications, and ensuring that operational support is provided effectively to all remote employees and stakeholders. The role demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating seamlessly with a dispersed team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks to support remote teams and projects.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and secure.
- Facilitate communication between team members, departments, and external contacts via email and other virtual platforms.
- Schedule virtual meetings, manage calendars, and prepare necessary documentation for discussions.

Requirements
