Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations management , with at least 5 years in a Director-level or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Proven experience successfully managing and leading fully remote operational teams and functions.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency, implementing process improvements, and managing change.
