Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and manage a geographically dispersed team of operations professionals.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs ) to measure operational effectiveness.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership , with a significant portion in remote or distributed team management.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing large-scale operational strategies.
- Expertise in process optimization , change management, and project management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced data analytics tools.
