Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager , with significant experience managing remote teams.
- Strong understanding of operational best practices , process improvement, and project management.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for a virtual environment.
- Experience with ERP systems and other operational management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
