Key Responsibilities

• Analyse current operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for enhancement.

• Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, SOPs, and best practice guides.
• Utilise data analysis to measure process performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management in a remote setting to implement process changes.
• Manage process improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful adoption and sustained results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering or operations improvement roles.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and change management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualisation skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities, essential for remote work.
• Experience with project management tools and process modelling software.
