About the Role

You will play a key role in expanding the organisation's reach and impact by building meaningful, long-term collaborative relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential corporate, educational, and community partners aligned with the charity 's goals.
• Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective partners, outlining mutual benefits and collaboration opportunities.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing engagement, satisfaction, and increased support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop bespoke partnership initiatives that meet the needs of both the organisation and its partners.
• Track partnership progress, gather feedback, and report on the impact and success of collaborative efforts for the charitable cause.

Requirements

• Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or a related role, with a strong preference for experience within the charity sector.
• Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities, building rapport, and securing mutually beneficial agreements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a diverse pipeline of potential and existing partnerships remotely.
