About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Pharmaceutical Quality Control Analyst to join their growing team. In this role, you will perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet stringent quality specifications and regulatory requirements. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while requiring meticulous accuracy and strong laboratory understanding. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the high quality and safety standards of our client's pharmaceutical products, contributing significantly to patient well-being from the comfort of your home office.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of analytical tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished pharmaceutical products using established methods.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and proper functioning.
- Accurately document all testing results, calculations, and observations in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) .
- Analyze data, identify deviations from specifications, and report any out-of-specification (OOS) results promptly.
- Prepare reagents, standards, and samples required for testing.
- Assist in the validation and transfer of new analytical methods as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality control or analytical laboratory testing.
- Proficiency with analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and wet chemistry methods.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems , regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP), and documentation practices.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for remote collaboration.
