Remote PR Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Remote PR Manager to lead their public relations efforts. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative PR strategies to enhance brand visibility, manage media relations, and shape public perception. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to deliver results in a remote setting, making a significant impact on the company's media presence . You will collaborate closely with internal teams across different locations, fostering a connected and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive PR strategies and campaigns.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with national, regional, and trade media.
• Craft compelling press releases, media kits, and other PR collateral.
• Manage media inquiries, coordinate interviews, and prepare spokespeople.
• Monitor media coverage, analyze results, and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and implement crisis communication plans, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for positive media coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in public relations, with a strong track record of success.
• Demonstrated ability to manage PR campaigns independently and remotely.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in using PR software, social media management tools, and media monitoring services.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
