Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams across multiple remote locations.

• Conduct advanced FEA , thermal, and dynamic simulations to validate critical design aspects and optimize solutions.
• Define technical roadmaps, standards, and best practices for mechanical engineering processes and tools.

• Troubleshoot and resolve the most complex technical challenges encountered during product development and deployment.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related advanced technical field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with a significant portion in a principal or lead capacity.
• Deep expertise in advanced CAD/CAE software (e.g., ANSYS , Abaqus, SolidWorks) and system modeling.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects in a remote or distributed environment.
