Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and definition of complex operational challenges for special projects.
• Develop innovative and efficient process designs and solutions tailored to specific project needs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed process changes.
• Create detailed project documentation, including scope, requirements, and implementation roadmaps.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance and support.
• Present findings and recommendations to project stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in process engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects remotely.
• Expertise in process simulation , modeling, and optimization techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
