Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote analysis of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and operational workflows using data and virtual collaboration tools.

• Design and optimize system layouts and material flow diagrams for remote review and implementation.
• Utilize simulation software and data analytics to model process changes and predict outcomes.
• Work closely with on-site personnel and management through virtual channels to implement and validate process improvements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, improvements, and best practices for team access.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering , Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering or industrial engineering, with a strong emphasis on optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fully remote work setting, managing projects independently.
• Proficiency in process simulation software, CAD tools, and data analysis platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is essential.
