Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement new workflows and procedures using lean manufacturing principles.
• Develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process performance and measure success.
• Lead cross-functional teams in Kaizen events and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
• Utilize data analysis tools and software to support process improvement recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma roles.
• Demonstrated success in implementing process changes that yielded measurable results.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, capable of leading virtual teams.
• Proficiency in process mapping software and data analysis tools.
