About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive spend analysis to identify trends, savings opportunities, and areas for cost optimization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key procurement metrics and supplier performance.
- Support the sourcing and negotiation teams by providing market intelligence and data analysis.
- Assist in the management of procurement systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the procurement function and support implementation.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to gather data and provide analytical insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Procurement Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role, ideally with remote work experience.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and terminology.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
