Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sports sources, including performance metrics, fan engagement, and market trends.
- Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to analyze sports data, identify patterns, and predict outcomes.
- Create clear and compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with coaching staff, performance analysts, and marketing teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data analytics, sports science, and relevant technologies.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality across all analyses and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst , preferably within the sports industry or a related analytical field.
- Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), R, or similar.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
- Excellent statistical modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
