Key Responsibilities

• Remotely monitor and analyze production data from wells and facilities to identify performance trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and implement strategies for artificial lift systems (e.g., ESPs, gas lift) to improve well productivity.
• Troubleshoot production issues, diagnose equipment failures, and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze production chemistry to address issues like scaling, corrosion, and emulsion formation.
• Collaborate with field operations teams to ensure safe and efficient execution of production plans.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies and methods to increase hydrocarbon recovery rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in production engineering within the oil and gas industry.
• Proficiency in production monitoring software and data analysis techniques.
• Strong understanding of artificial lift, wellbore flow dynamics, and production optimization principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, especially in a remote setting.
