Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of operational workflows, production lines, and supply chain logistics to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
- Design and implement improved processes, systems, and layouts utilizing Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies .
- Develop detailed operational models and simulations to predict the impact of proposed changes and optimize resource allocation.
- Create and maintain documentation for new processes, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate virtually with stakeholders across various departments, including operations, product development, and management, to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
- Utilize advanced data analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on process optimisation and systems design.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Lean and Six Sigma projects, with relevant certifications preferred.
- Expertise in simulation software, data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, advanced Excel), and project management methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for remote collaboration and detailed reporting.
