• Develop detailed operational models and simulations to predict the impact of proposed changes and optimize resource allocation.

• Collaborate virtually with stakeholders across various departments, including operations, product development, and management, to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on process optimisation and systems design.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Lean and Six Sigma projects, with relevant certifications preferred.
• Expertise in simulation software, data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, advanced Excel), and project management methodologies.
