Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate production schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and material availability.

• Monitor production progress against schedules and proactively identify and address any deviations or potential delays.
• Manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels to ensure optimal stock to meet production and customer needs.
• Utilize advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software to optimize production flow and resource utilization.
• Generate regular reports on production performance, inventory status, and forecast accuracy for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain roles within manufacturing.
• Proficiency in using ERP and advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
