About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Remote Production Process Analyst to join their organization. This position is entirely remote, allowing you to contribute to optimizing production workflows and efficiency from anywhere. You will be responsible for analyzing production data, identifying trends, and recommending improvements to enhance operational performance, reduce waste, and ensure consistent quality across all manufacturing sites. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze production data from various facilities to identify areas for efficiency gains and cost reduction.
- Develop and implement standardized operational procedures and best practices across all manufacturing sites.
- Create dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production output, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with on-site production managers and engineers to implement process improvements and troubleshoot issues.
- Research and recommend new technologies or methodologies to enhance production processes.
- Facilitate remote training sessions for production staff on new processes and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Process Analyst , Production Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on manufacturing operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Experience with statistical analysis and process modeling techniques.
- Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different time zones.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong ability to manage workload independently.
