Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production data from various facilities to identify areas for efficiency gains and cost reduction.
• Develop and implement standardized operational procedures and best practices across all manufacturing sites.
• Create dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production output, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with on-site production managers and engineers to implement process improvements and troubleshoot issues.
• Research and recommend new technologies or methodologies to enhance production processes.
• Facilitate remote training sessions for production staff on new processes and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Process Analyst , Production Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Experience with statistical analysis and process modeling techniques.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different time zones.
• Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong ability to manage workload independently.
