Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Process Optimisation Engineer to lead critical initiatives within their industrial operations in Bristol . You will work closely with engineering, production, and management teams to ensure processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and redesign of complex industrial processes to achieve significant improvements in efficiency, throughput, and cost reduction.
- Develop and implement strategic process optimisation plans, utilizing advanced engineering methodologies and data analytics.
- Conduct detailed feasibility studies and pilot programs for new process technologies and methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff in process improvement techniques.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and successful implementation of optimisation strategies.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of optimisation efforts and ensure long-term sustainability.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in process analysis, design, and optimisation within an industrial environment.
- Deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma , statistical process control (SPC), and simulation modelling.
- Proven track record of leading successful, large-scale process improvement projects.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
