Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and redesign of complex industrial processes to achieve significant improvements in efficiency, throughput, and cost reduction.
• Develop and implement strategic process optimisation plans, utilizing advanced engineering methodologies and data analytics.
• Conduct detailed feasibility studies and pilot programs for new process technologies and methodologies.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff in process improvement techniques.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and successful implementation of optimisation strategies.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of optimisation efforts and ensure long-term sustainability.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in process analysis, design, and optimisation within an industrial environment.
• Deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma , statistical process control (SPC), and simulation modelling.
• Proven track record of leading successful, large-scale process improvement projects.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
