About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key digital transformation projects, defining roadmaps and milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, and Operations, to achieve project objectives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates and ensuring buy-in throughout the transformation process.
• Identify and assess emerging technologies and digital trends to propose innovative solutions.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new digital tools and processes.
• Mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans to ensure successful project outcomes in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing digital transformation projects from inception to completion.
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects in a fully remote environment.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, and automation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile and other project management methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a strong advantage.
