Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project roadmaps, managing scope, timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with IT, business units, and external partners to define requirements and implement innovative digital solutions.
• Implement change management strategies to facilitate user adoption and minimise disruption during digital transitions.
• Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status and key achievements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) as a Project Manager , with a significant focus on digital transformation projects.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex, and multi-faceted digital initiatives.
• Deep understanding of digital technologies, cloud platforms, and modern project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, adept at remote collaboration.
• Experience with change management principles and practices in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or PMP/PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
