About the Role

This role is pivotal in identifying, evaluating, and securing profitable real estate investment opportunities across the UK. Working from home, you will conduct extensive market research, perform detailed financial analysis, and negotiate purchase agreements to expand the company's property portfolio. The ideal candidate is a driven individual with a strong understanding of real estate investment principles and a proven ability to close deals remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential real estate investment opportunities through various channels, including online platforms, agent networks, and market analysis.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and market viability studies.
• Develop detailed financial models and investment proposals to support acquisition decisions.
• Negotiate purchase prices and contract terms with sellers and their representatives, ensuring favorable outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals.
• Manage the end-to-end acquisition process, from initial contact through to closing, in a fully remote capacity.

Requirements
