Operating remotely, you will leverage market data, networking, and direct outreach to source off-market and on-market properties that align with the company's investment criteria. This role is fundamental to the growth of our client's property portfolio, requiring a sharp eye for value and a tenacious approach to deal-making. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable working autonomously, and possess excellent negotiation and analytical skills, all within a supportive, fully remote organizational structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential property acquisition opportunities across various market segments.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on prospective deals to assess profitability and risk.
• Negotiate purchase terms and conditions with sellers and their representatives.
• Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry, including agents, developers, and investors.
• Prepare detailed acquisition proposals and present findings to the investment committee.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in property acquisition , sourcing, or deal origination.
• Strong understanding of real estate investment principles, market analysis, and valuation methods.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, essential for remote deal-making.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a deal pipeline, and achieve targets in a remote setting.
