Working entirely from home, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks essential to the smooth running of their property portfolio. This includes managing tenant communications, coordinating maintenance requests, handling documentation, and supporting the property management team. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Log, track, and coordinate maintenance requests, liaising with tenants and maintenance teams/contractors.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of lease agreements, renewals, and other property-related documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the property management database and filing systems.
- Support the property management team with scheduling appointments, organizing virtual meetings, and preparing reports.
- Handle administrative tasks related to property viewings, move-ins, and move-outs as directed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within property management or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with property management software is a plus.
