About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly organized and efficient Remote Property Administrator to support their property management team. This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from home across the UK. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including managing property databases, coordinating maintenance requests, processing invoices, and communicating with tenants and contractors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong command of digital communication tools, ensuring the smooth and effective administration of properties managed by our client from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update property management software with accurate tenant and property details.
- Coordinate and schedule property maintenance and repair works with third-party contractors.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments related to property management activities.
- Handle tenant inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and professional responses.
- Prepare reports on property status, maintenance logs, and financial summaries.
- Assist the property management team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property administration or a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using property management software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage workload effectively, and meet deadlines.
