Remote Property Portfolio Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Remote Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties, operating entirely from a remote capacity. Based virtually and supporting operations relevant to Wolverhampton , you will be responsible for maximizing property performance, managing tenant relations, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage relationships effectively without direct physical presence, contributing to the efficient management of properties across the West Midlands .

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties remotely.
• Manage tenant relationships, including lease renewals, issue resolution, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of properties, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
• Ensure all properties are compliant with relevant health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Work closely with maintenance teams and contractors to coordinate repairs and upkeep.

Requirements

• Significant experience in property management or portfolio management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams and operations effectively.
• Strong understanding of property law, leasing agreements, and financial management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and remote collaboration tools.
