Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with internal teams (production, engineering, R&D) and external suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• Oversee the testing and validation of new products and processes to ensure compliance with standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or in a similar quality role, preferably in manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality control methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
