About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven and analytical Remote Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to identify and secure off-market investment properties across the UK. Working from home, you will leverage data, market intelligence, and strategic outreach to find lucrative opportunities for our client's investment portfolio. This role demands exceptional research skills, strong negotiation capabilities, and the ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment. You will play a key part in expanding our client's reach and building a robust portfolio of income-generating assets, with potential travel required for final due diligence or closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify potential off-market investment properties using various research tools and databases.
• Conduct initial financial analysis and feasibility assessments for prospective acquisitions.
• Initiate contact with property owners, agents, and other relevant parties to negotiate purchase terms.
• Prepare detailed acquisition proposals and present findings to the investment committee.
• Coordinate with legal teams, surveyors, and other professionals to manage the due diligence process remotely.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information and deal progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, sourcing, or investment analysis, preferably with a focus on off-market deals.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to assess property value and ROI.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and persuasive skills.
• Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with real estate data platforms (e.g., CoStar, LoopNet, proprietary tools) and CRM software.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
